Social Entrepreneurs in Germany Can Join impACT Hamburg’s Pop-Up Event This Week

After their events Kabul, Baghdad, Amman, Delhi, Berlin, and Beirut, impACT Hamburg is gearing up to start on June 13th, gathering social entrepreneurs across different industries to discuss migrant entrepreneurship.

ImpACT Hamburg will launch their pop-up event on Thursday, 13th of June at Thoughtworks GmbH in the city center of Hamburg.

impACT is a global movement that works towards social impact through entrepreneurship; especially in fragile contexts. After successful events in cities like Kabul, Baghdad, Amman, Delhi, Berlin, Beirut. This month, they are having their first pop-up event in Hamburg, continuing their mission is to inspire entrepreneurs to create social impact.

Join us for an evening full of inspiring talks, panel discussions, photo exhibitions and networkings sessions. ImpACT Hamburg focuses on social entrepreneurs and migrants, to encourage an in-depth exchange on topics important to startup success: the creation and management of networks, resources, and knowledge within the German and especially Hamburg social entrepreneurship ecosystem. The event is free of charge, but registration is required here.

ImpACT events are a starting point for educating, inspiring and connecting with social entrepreneurs. The focus of the event lies on migrant entrepreneurship. The event was created in partnership with Social Impact Lab Hamburg ; Social Impact; IOM – UN Migration; Hanseatic Help; Visions for Children e.V.; Migration Hub Network; UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL); StartHope at Home; Startups Without Borders; ThoughtWorks; and Recyclehero.

Their events are half day or day-long events featuring speakers who are thematically aligned along the Power Triangle concept (networks, resources, knowledge), start-up exhibitions, as well as pitches that will inspire and allow participants to learn, contribute, and connect.
