The fastest-growing Edtech VC in MENA, EdVentures, is partnering with Startups Without Borders to lead the Edtech track at the Startups Without Borders Summit, next December 11th and 12th.

The Startups Without Borders Summit is kicking off with a hybrid format that will see speakers, trainers, CEOs and strategists join from stages in Rome and Cairo to a world-wide audience. Participants in Cairo can get an Exclusive Pass and join the exclusive live stage at the American University in Cairo (Tahrir Campus), or attend online during both days, and enjoy the talks, workshops, and the investors room from the comfort of their home.

Edtech startups from Egypt as well as other countries in the MENA, Europe, and beyond, can join the summit and make the most of these 3 exciting activities:

1. Get Insights from future builders at the Post-Pandemic Changemakers Track

The Post-Pandemic Changemakers Track will delve into the industries, startups, and businesses that have managed to massively grow and scale during the pandemic – while building a brave new world.

This past year, the Edtech sector has seen a boom in investments due of Covid-19, and is projected to reach $350 billion by 2025, according to the World Economic Forum. As part of the track, EdVentures has joined the summit to lead the panel: Teens in AI: The race for technology adoption from ‘generation unknown,’ led by Dalia Ibrahim, founder and CEO of EdVentures.

2. Join the Investors Room

The summit will not only feature global key players in the innovative arena, including Facebook, Dell Technologies, Microsoft for Startups and Techstars, but also offer entrepreneurs the chance to network and apply for a one-on-one meeting with an investor at the virtual Investors Room.

The immersive room will offer an exclusive opportunity to meet with potential investors from Angel Investment Networks to pitch, answer Q&A, and get exposure. With batches of 5 startups per round, each room will match one investor to a startup according to their industry, geography, amount of funding they are raising, and other investment criteria.

The Investors Room will feature VC and angel investors from around the world, including partners such as Business Angels Europe, Cairo Angels, MedAngels, ABAN, AUC Angels, and No Such Ventures.
