Sami Al-Ahmad is a Syrian entrepreneur living in Cairo. He is the CEO & Founder of Khatwa (Supporting Syrians through higher education opportunities) and the CEO & Co-Founder of MARJ3, the Middle East’s largest digital platform for scholarships, opportunities and universities around the world. It boasts 2.5 million visitors per month and was selected as startup of the year by the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Egypt. Marj3 is also graduate from Flat6Labs accelerator Cycle 9, and the 3rd place winner of the Jusoor startup competition Entrepreneurship Competition.
